When Will I Receive My Order?

Orders are shipped directly from our warehouses. Due to high demand and promotional activity, please allow:

Delivery timelines may vary depending on your city and courier service operations.

Can I Track My Order?

Yes. Once your order is confirmed:

  • You will receive an AWB (tracking) number within 1–2 working days

  • You can track your order using the AWB number on our Tracking Page

If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately because:

  • Products may be dispatched from different warehouses

  • Certain items may be shipped earlier to avoid delays

  • High-demand items may be shipped separately for faster delivery

What Happens If My Order Gets Stuck or Lost?

All orders are shipped with insured shipping and handling.

In rare cases where an order is delayed, returned, or lost during transit, we will arrange a replacement shipment with priority delivery and full tracking, where applicable.
